After school on Monday, Laura and Chuck built a snow fort using an axe, saw and shovel.  They made bricks and stacked them to make the five foot tall walls.  We use the fort for a "pretend" prison and put people in and watch them try to get out.  Students don't mind being in there because it's easy to climb out.  We have a thick layer on ice on the playground everywhere that is not snow banks.  We have lots of fun during recess!
